No Limit!

Central Technical Research Laboratory is implementing a new business creation support project called "No Limit!".

"ENEOS will need more than ever employees who are willing to challenge transformation and a culture that supports such endeavors.”
With this sentiment in mind, project members from various departments have come together to form the bottom-up project “No Limit!”.

"No Limit!" aims to support the first steps of employees who are up for a challenge. The program provides participants with essential skills for business creation, such as methods for generating ideas and examining customer issues, as well as an opportunity to acquire a business creation mindset that enables them to act spontaneously based on intrinsic motivation.

Participants in the program utilize internal and external human connections to refine their business ideas by repeatedly testing and revising (pivoting) the hypotheses that underlie their ideas. Ultimately, an in-house pitch competition is held where they present their business ideas to an audience of the entire company and to executive management.

As a leading example of business creation activities, including “No Limit!”, we have already led to the creation of a service called “VENE” that provides an App for connecting hair stylists and customers. Such business creation activities contribute to the creation of new business and the fostering of a corporate culture that takes on challenges, while also producing proposals for turning ideas into a business, such as “VENE”
