Located at the center of the Mizushima Coastal Industrial Zone, the Mizushima Refinery is a modern integrated refinery with crude oil processing capacity of 350,200 barrels (approximately 55,682 kL) per day, which is the largest in Japan. With many different secondary processing units, it ships fuel oil, lubricants, petrochemical products, petroleum coke, and other products throughout Japan. At the same time, it also it supplies fuel oil, naphtha, and aromatics throughout the Mizushima Petrochemical, Electric Power, and Steel Industrial Complex from its location in the center.

Greetings from the ENEOS Mizushima Refinery.
As the largest refinery in Japan, we have a crude oil processing capacity of 350,200 barrels (approximately 55,682 kL) per day. We also operate various secondary processing units that add value to our products, with a mission to ensure the stable supply of a wide range of products, from fuel oil to petrochemicals, lubricants, and petroleum coke.
As one of Japan's Comprehensive Special Zones, the Mizushima Industrial Complex where we are located is implementing an initiative to enhance mutual collaboration so that the entire complex is regarded as a single business entity. To fulfill the important role we have been granted as one of the major business sites within the Mizushima Industrial Complex, we will help increase the international competitiveness of the complex and contribute to the industrial development of Japan into the future.
