AI, in particular, has made startling progress. I believe that we can utilize AI throughout our business to improve operational efficiency, transform work, and create new value for customers. Together with our employees, we will make full use of AI.

First, we will use AI to autonomously carry out internal operations, producing an environment in which each and every employee can focus on more creative work. We also plan to use AI in our sales and customer service, reinforcing proposal strengths based on data analysis and developing services that anticipate customer needs. We will also actively use AI in the manufacturing and supply fields, implementing autonomous operations and optimizing the overall supply chain.
